Before Accepting Your Order:
- Kindly check your order while the courier is still waiting.
- If there is any issue with the item, you may return it immediately and only pay the delivery fees.
- For prepaid online orders, please inspect your package before the courier leaves. If you decide to return the order, send it back with the courier. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.
Return and exchange eligibility:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or incorrect items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for:
  - A free exchange.
  - A full refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
